The team and Allen Carpet were great at installing a new runner on my stairs. They were friendly, delivered the design I wanted, and did a professional and precise job in the installation. The store has a great selection of quality rugs. I was able to get mine on sale and am very happy with the result! The team was very friendly and helpful. Would use them again for sure!

We had our floors done less than a year ago. They were supposed to be refinished with gaps in the parquet filled in. The filler from all of the cracks have already popped out and there are large gaps in the parquet that I need to fill or have another company fill. I would love to say that Allen made good on their business but I left them a message a week ago and I'm still awaiting a call. I mentioned that I didn't want a refund but did want to know if there was a was it could be fixed and I'm willing to give second chances. If they can't even call me back after saying I don't want a refund.....what else is there?

Great experience with Allen Carpets. They provided great service and top notch installation for various carpets in our newly renovated home (bedroom, dressing room, den and stairs). Mustaf was extremely helpful in the process and I plan to have them take care of all my future carpeting needs.

Love my new floor! Mustafa has been very professional since the beginning! We installed korlok select LVP, and love how it looks! It took Mustafa’s crew only one day to install approximately 600 sq ft. Thanks Mustafa and Carlos! Highly recommend!
