Francisco and Luis were very professional and helpful. Theirs was the third estimate I got, and their price wasn’t the lowest, but was certainly reasonable. They were willing to do repairs as well as replacement, and didn’t try to “upsell” me. Their workers were good, and Francisco made sure they followed through on all details, including clean up. We used J&S to replace all of our windows and saw it as an opportunity to greatly enhance the look and value of our home. In consultation with Francisco, we decided to get tilt-and-turn, replacing our old double-hung windows. Francisco sourced a high-quality supplier from Europe that met our energy-efficiency and sound-proofing requirements while also staying within budget. Installation was pain-free and the crew left our house clean. When a few of the windows needed some final adjustments for sound-proofing, Francisco came back and made sure we were 100% happy. J&S is a family business with a very experienced father and son. They went beyond my expectations when installing my Anderson sliding door. The pricing was also very reasonable. Nearly every vendor i have hired of late leaves waste or causes other issues, but NOT J&S. The door looks amazing and they were clean inside and out.
