I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I had working heat on two floors of my house, but the ground / main floor was FREEZING. I called Richie Brothers. I spoke to a lovely woman in the office named Lisa. She asked a few basic questions. Called me back very quickly to confirm a same day appointment. Chris Sciortino showed up at my house EXACTLY on time. He was AWESOME. Chris was very knowledgeable and very patient. He didnt make me feel stupid (even though I dont know basic information about my house). I really appreciated their professionalism and responsiveness.

Joe Gorman Last Wednesday my wife and I were out of state when our house sitter called us at 7:00 am to tell us that there was no heat in the house. Temperatures were in the teens.
