Tankless water heater needed descaling. Problem with constant hot water. Office tech was great & scheduled an appointment quickly. The work tech arrived & did his thing. Everything went back to normal. That night, still had a hiccup with hot water. After waiting an hour, the problem was eliminated. Spoke to office staff next work day. We agreed I would monitor for next several days. She gave me a solution with Tecord Gas to replace the unit with a great program from Teco. I'll advise later. Great people.

What a nice experience. Needed some faucet work and a lot of times I feel like service calls can turn into a large bill. They were on time, quick, very polite and the price was very fair. Highly recommend

Joey came out initially and did a check of our system. He let us know we needed a new one but was able to get it temporarily running so we could have hot water overnight. Then Dakota and Cody came out early the next morning to install the new water heater. They were very professional, quick, and informative. All 3 of them really saved the day!

Allen Curry plumbing arrived on time, were fair and honest in their assessment of my situation which included a gas leak. The younger plumber Brayden DeShaw went above and beyond to adjust an issue in the bathroom that wasn't even part of the original service call. Brayden worked diligently and professionally to handle the job in a timely manner I would recommend Allen Curry and request Brayden every time.

Called them because I thought I had a gas leak and this is the first company that Teco gave me as someone who could work on it. I'm in The Villages and they came out fast. Turns out no issue, and several things are wrong with this company. 1) I was charged 1.5 hours of labor because they start timing when they get in the truck until they get back to the shop (both directions). A $125/hr is what they charged for this call including the drive time here and back. 2) They then charged an additional $85 travel charge. Come to find out that they ONLY charge this if they come to The Villages - no where else!!! Not only is this outrageous that they treat people in THE VILLAGES differently, but they're double-dipping by charging a fixed $85 and $125/hr to drive here and back! Shame on me for not
