Bruce at Allen David performed a complete kitchen remodel for me, his craftsmanship was flawless. He had great design ideas and was not afraid to tell us of some of our ideas would not work. As a certified kitchen and bath designer, he is an expert in this area. He is also cost conscious and can offer options to fit any budget. Always responsive and follows through on his commitments which can be hard to find in the remodeling industry.

I hired this contractor for a master bathroom remodel with a contract value exceeding $50,000 and paid a $12,000 deposit. Within the first two days of work, it became clear that the quality, planning, and site safety did not meet professional standards. Issues included inadequate floor and HVAC protection during demolition, failure to seal plumbing, improper handling of a mold issue, lack of basic site coordination (including no dumpster on demo day), and cabinetry ordered incorrectly and modified to fit. Communication was poor, and at one point a worker was left alone on site and asked my husband for instructions on how to complete the work. I terminated the contract early due to these concerns and requested a fair partial refund. I sent a detailed letter with photographic documentation

I hired Bruce Ingwall of Allen-David Cabinetry to completely renovate two full bathrooms, a kitchen, and a powder room. From the outset, Bruce was a true professional. He listened to my needs and provided detailed plans, including project plans with timelines. One of the highlights of these renovations was getting new and functional cabinetry. Bruce provided me with many color and style choices in addition to designing a cabinet layout to meet my needs. These projects were completed individually over the course of a year so I got to know him and his sub-contractors well. Work was done with quality and timeliness. I have had the privilege to use Allen David for 2 of my homes. The true and upfront pricing rather than a "low ball" price just to get the work is one of the things I found so refreshing. Dealing with the owner ,Bruce was also something I appreciate. Execellent design and quality work above all is what I think puts them in a category all to themselves. If we move again we will have to have another Allen David Kitchen.
