Absolutely do not recommend! They gave us a bid on our new construction home and after the ground rough and us paying 30% Jesse told me he bid it as a "spec" home even though we had discussions about the finishes I wanted as well as the blueprints obviously being custom. He upped his bid by over $4000 stating an increase in fitting prices and the "upgraded" finishes. We agreed and moved forward so we didn't lose anymore time. During rough in they repeatedly put us off and wanted paid before any work was done in the basement. They tried to get away with not pressure testing amongst other things. I'm assuming because we're in the county they thought they could get away with it. Flash forward to the finish and already having been paid 90% and Jesse didn't respond to my texts, calls, or emails
