Kassidy Allen stopped by our house after observing hail damage from the May ‘25 storms. I had already called another contractor a week earlier for an inspection. They reported seeing some hail damage but weren’t convinced we could get insurance approval so I agreed for Allen Roofing & Construction to reinspect. They provided pictures of the damage they found, including noting some bowing which would indicate rotted plywood underneath, dents in the vent pipes and a breach at the base of a vent pipe. With all the damage they documented, I asserted a claim and was fully approved for 100% replacement. Allen Roofing and Construction Company is hands down the all around best company! The most important factor to me is that they are a family owned company that you can trust. They showed up when they said the would, patiently listened to our concerns, took care of all facets of our project and truly went above and beyond in every interaction. From our initial meeting, to communicating with insurance, to their quality of work and follow up meetings, the owner, Jayson, was there every step of the way! His daughter, Kassidy is a joy to coordinate with, too! She is such a wonderful communicator and effective planner. We are extremely pleased and plan to use them again on future projects!

Can’t say enough good things about Allen’s Roofing and Construction! They actually answered my call when I needed help with a leak in the ceiling and wall. Jason answered the phone and happen to be in the neighborhood so he came right away! The leak had been a long time problem looking at the floor and ceiling. After they fixed the leak we asked Jason to give us a quote on our second story deck! They completely rebuilt the deck, removed and replaced a heavy iron railing, tore up the old deck, removed all sleepers, removed and replaced the old membrane and replaced the galvanized flashing on the parameter. We are seasonal residents between Alabama and Florida. When we got back to Alabama, we discovered storm damage to the roof. We called Jason and he was able to work us in immediately during their very busy schedule. The workers were very fast and efficient, and you never doubted their ability. Excellent craftsmanship. Allen roofing did my roof on a new construction. Had a leak around one of the plumbing boots and it took them 6 weeks to show up. Then they were supposed to flash and shingle two eyebrow roofs. It took them 2 months to show up and only put flashing on one. Tried for months to get them to put flashing on the other and they never showed up. One of the worst contractors I have dealt with in building this house.
