My carpets look fantastic! Keith picked up my call right away, and we easily scheduled a time for the cleaning. He arrived early and got the job done quickly. Keith was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I recommend having someone come out to give an estimate in person for the most accurate price, since we got our estimate over the phone and ended up having a smaller area cleaned than we expected. It was only a small inconvenience to move our furniture and toys for a room that wasn’t cleaned, but it all worked out fine. The person who answered was so professional and polite, showing great customer service. Keith and his assistant showed up right on time, were very friendly, and did an amazing job cleaning the carpets in my condo building, even though it’s on a higher floor.
