Copia came highly recommended to us, as we had a failed bow window that sagged from rotted wood that needed addressing. Should we go with a strictly window specializing company, or should we find a reputable contractor that would be able to handle any structural setbacks with confidence and efficiency? We are very happy to have chosen Copia to do this project, which was done proficiently, with excellent communication, throughout the ordering and completion process. Patrick, Nick and Alex worked well together and cleaned up the site meticulously--thank you so much! Joan, in the office, was also excellent to communicate with for status updates on our custom order. Copia remodeled our basement and did a great job. The detailed estimate that was provided was outstanding and something that we were not able to get from other construction companies. They also did a great job staying very close to the estimate. I also appreciate the website they used throughout the project which showed a schedule for the project and daily reports of what they completed. Darryl was great to work with and very responsive from beginning to end. If I had another house project, I would go with Copia again without thinking twice!

We selected Copia for an addition (about 500 square feet). They were great. The work included a new roof, laundry room, two new bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and replacing horsehair plaster in two existing rooms. We knew that a large project during global material, appliance, and labor shortages would be a challenge, but working with Copia make it easier than expected. The partnered with us and communicated clearly when there would be delays (and why) and in turn were receptive to change orders and delays due to our chosen appliances. The team was always responsive to any feedback we had as the project progressed and worked hard to ensure we were satisfied. Darryl, Dan, Alex and the rest of the team were professional and great to work with throughout the entire project. From design ideas and managing budget we were always presented with options and introduced to ideas outside the box with full transparency to the budget and timeline. Our project included extending our deck and replacing the wood and built in benches with a squared off and larger composite deck. It came out fantastic and we love it! We also pulled up the old bluestone patio, fire pit, stairs and walk ways and replaced with stamped concrete with cobblestone borders which also came out great. As a future project we designed a family bath remodel that we plan on starting in the fall. We highly recommend Copia!

Outstanding company. They added a second floor bedroom to our 1910 colonial and seamlessly integrated it with the rest of the house. The estimate was very reasonable and Darryl's pre-inspection was the most thorough of the contractors we considered. From start to finish they were professional, friendly, punctual and responsive. The Copia team provided useful feedback and modified the project as needed to account for unforseen issues that can arise when working on an older home. In the process they also ended up renovating another bedroom and modernizing our unsafe stairway. The communication and quality of work were excellent, and the workers were dog and kid friendly as well! Would absolutely recommend and plan to work with them again in the future.
