We had a lot of snow on our roof this winter, which caused an Ice Damn. Normal, these don't cause any problems but this time there was some water in our basement. Chris was great to work with. He was there shortly after our call and checked everything. He explained the whole process, including what to expect. He answered our questions and explained the reasons for doing what they did.
