J R Foundation Repair

I will not recommend this company to anyone. When I bought my house it had already had a large amount of leveling work completed by JR. I was having some issues in areas that had been leveled. It took a bit to get him out to look at it but he did eventually come out and did do warranty work. Later I found i had major drain pipe issues due to settlement. In an effort to not have issues with warranty on my leveling I requested JR to come give me a quote. It took six monthes and another contractor coming out to look at it to get them to come out. They quoted the work and I had them check the leveling as I was now having issues were leveling had not been complete. I went ahead and had them complete the repairs. Repairs went smoothly other than having a leak that I could see which they took car

JR and his guys have done over 20 repairs on my foundations for my rental properties, and friends houses as well. His prices can’t be matched and his quality of work is phenomenal. His crew is professional and polite and I wouldn’t recommend any one else for foundation repairs in Houston.

**Update: He does not honor warranty repair. I've been having issues lately with the foundation shifting and he came out to address the issue at my back door, but now my front door is showing signs of shifting. He won't return my calls or texts.** I used JR Foundation to level my house and I was very happy with the experience. Harvin came out the same day I called to do an inspection and provide an estimate. He was very professional and explained start to finish the process of leveling a home and what to expect. He followed up a few days later and answered more questions I had after receiving other quotes. Very pleased with the work they did. I hired them to fix the foundation at my grandmothers house. I wasn't sure how the project would play out as she is 94, recently bedridden, with nurses in and out all day. His crew was ever so mindful to the situation. Knocked the job out in one day. One of the nurses even asked for his contact info. They were professional, courteous and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their foundation repaired.
