Allen's was absolutely wonderful to work with. Dylan and Luca were super friendly and very efficient at their jobs. Lyndon and his install team were also amazing: very professional and super nice. Kevin was very personable and easy to talk to. Everyone we worked with over two days were just great guys. We couldn't have had a better team to work with. All of the guys definitely take their jobs seriously and deserve raises!

Scott showed up and did his diagnostics on the system, and discovered the unit was dead😔. Scott contacted Colden Wagoner who showed up. Polite and professional as Scott was. We discussed the issues and am purchasing a new system. 👍 Luca showed up this morning had the old system out and the new system up and running in less than 5 hours. Great attitude and professionalism from both guys. I even gave em each a dozen eggs from our girls to say thank you👍😁 Wanted to post a new review. 1/29/25 BUT. Shane Perez stopped by this morning to do our plumbing inspection. We had good conversation and he was informative to any problems that might arise. Your technician was very courteous very good at what he did explain everything to me correctly. He did a great job helping me. Decide what that what I need to do. he was a very good worker. He stayed until everything was correct. He worked hours on trying to establish what we needed to get done and all I can say he is an excellent worker a professional young man I would want him to do work for me at any time. Stephan was personable and knowledgeable. He was offered an explanation of how our HVAC system works in a way that was easy to understand. He found mechanical errors that could have caused serious issues in the near future. All problems were repaired in a timely manner today. He was able to save us some money with information provided about special discounts. We are very pleased with our service and would recommend this company to others. I want to also stress the importance of regular maintenance on their HVAC systems.

Had to have a hot water heater replaced. Palmer was my repair man, he was very knowledgeable about what he was installing & informed me every step of the way about what went wrong w/ my old unit & what he was going to do to get it back up & running, by me getting a newer one! Instead of having to keep putting money into the older unit, & it having to be replaced any way! Nice young man, knows his stuff! Thanks again!
