I stopped in to ask for a specialty box to ship a product. I was greeted with kindness second to none. Immediately i was hooked up with everything i needed to ship my package and the guy ended up wrapping it for me. I met 3 people while i was there and all of them were very kind and personable. Allen’s sent their A-team to me and my kids. Brandon M and the guys Brandon G, Kenny and Cody were absolute moving Rockstars. They went above and beyond. Careful, efficient and excellent sense of humor. We had a great time with them. Down to earth, hardworking and fun to be around. Thank you to the A-Team for getting us into our new place.

I found Allen's Moving and Storage through a friend who had seen their trucks around Augusta. I didn't know anyone who had used them (or any other moving company in the area), and since I was moving out-of-state, I was very nervous. But the team got it done exactly how and when I needed, and I felt very safe trusting them. Tyler put together a quote very quickly, and was able to update it when I needed to add an additional stop. On the day of the move, Brandon, Kenny, and Cody worked efficiently, as true professionals. The only hiccup was that I had underestimated the number of boxes I would have, and so the price ended up being higher than what I was quoted. Brendon M, Brendon G, Kenny, and Cody were the best. Polite, funny, punctual, and caring don’t even begin to describe them. they went above and beyond to not only efficiently but carefully move all of our belongings. surprisingly only needing a 10 minute break (longer would most definitely been okay they had been working from 9am-6:00 pm at that point). The respect they had for us and our belongings was unmatched!

Wow! We have never used a moving service before but now realize that with a great company this is the best $$ you can spend! Both the load up crew and then the drop off crew were so polite, kind and respectful. There was one person who was there for both and provided us with a reassuring consistency. They all had great communication skills so everything ended up right where we wanted it. We experienced no damage at all to our belongings or door jams/walls. These folks are true professionals! Will sing your praises to anyone who asks!!!
