Making dreams come true. I have worked with Alleva Construction on many projects in North Jersey. When it came time to build our dream lake home, Jake said he could help us and make the out of state project easier for us. He was by our side the entire time. From the design process to punch list items. I just say the only challenges we have had have been when we hired other companies to handle components Alleva could not perform because of the location of this project. We are thrilled with the outcome & Jake’s patience with us is commendable. Building can be really stressful at times and he came up with solutions to issues and helped us in a pinch too many times to count. I would recommend this company with confidence. I’ve heard great things about Alleva Construction Inc.! They are known for their professionalism and excellent customer service. I haven’t had the chance to work with them yet, but based on their reputation, I would definitely consider them for any future construction needs. UPDATED 2/20/24 Alleva was responsive to our original review (below). Mike Alleva listened to suggestions that would have prevented our ordeal, which we are willing to attribute to a labor shortage common in many industries. However, with high turnover, check-ins with new project managers and their customers are essential and would have made a big difference for us. We believe in second chances. As Alleva was eventually responsive, and the shower bar was repaired, we are increasing our stars to 4 for this company. ORIGINAL POST: We did not have a “glowing" experience with Alleva. We contracted for bathroom, linen closet and walk-in closet to be finished in 6-8 weeks. Demolition started in April and was completed in September. Alleva did an amazing job on my basement. Domingo and the crew were professional, on time, and always set expectations. If there was ever a problem we were able to work it out either with a new design or a work around. I highly recommend them for any job.
