Duct Mate installed a Mitsubishi heat pump for my home, and I’ve been extremely happy with the results. The system provides much better temperature control than my old hydronic baseboard setup and traditional on and off AC (you won’t hear those on and off AC clicks anymore with a heat pump system since it modulates to maintain the temperature right around where you set it) and keeps the home feeling consistently comfortable. I’ve also noticed a lower energy bill, which was a pleasant surprise — the heat pump runs efficiently while maintaining great comfort. Joes team was amazing. Not only did his crew do a great job they were the friendliness guys to ever do it. The work done was perfect and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend from a service standpoint and an execution. My bill dropped 90 dollars because of the work they did. Love these guys!

On the coldest day of the winter, my heating system wasn’t working. Anthony C came by today to help me out. He was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. He diagnosed my problem and fixed it at a fair price and did it quickly. The level of service was outstanding! He also talked me through the entire repair. He was both honest and fair.
