My wife and I recently bought a home and Phil from Veriguard Home Inspections came highly recommended. We made an excellent choice; Phil was extremely detailed and took the time to conduct a very thorough full home inspection. He detailed repair/maintenance issues that would need to be addressed immediately and those that can be done later down the line. He's honest and very straightforward with any issues that arise. He will break everything down so it can be completely absorbed and understood. 5/5 and would recommend to anyone who needs a Certified Inspector.

Phil was amazing! He helped us through two different inspections (one for a house that fell through and one that we're in the process of buying). Phil's biggest strength is that he fully listens to concerns, and doesn't treat you like he's just there to do a job and leave. He takes the time to explain how the process works, what he's looking for, any issues he sees, and how to remediate them. He makes sure you understand what he's saying and continually asks if you have questions. The inspection report is thorough and color coded! I cannot say enough good things about Phil. Hopefully this is the last house we need an inspection for, but if we need another one I'm calling Phil immediately. Highly recommend!!
