We have been using Alliance for our carpet and vinyl needs at my apartment community in Renton. I have only had a positive experience with both the installers and service department. Scheduling is easy and convenient, I just shoot an email over to my Rep Ty and he makes sure I get on the schedule. They offer next day appointments and will even schedule an appointment on a Saturday. I definitely recommend Alliance Flooring!
