Pretty fast service. Easy to approach the technician. Tre was awesome ! He came in 1-28 to fix our heater outside for the customers at Andy’s frozen custard and he was super nice and helpful with any questions!

I do not recommend working with this company. I was a customer already paying for twice yearly preventative maintenance on my equipment. Mainly refrigeration. I had a fridge that was temping higher than normal and requested a service call from my rep. When the technician arrived he checked out the fridge and then explained that he needed to do some diagnostics to find the problem. Later he said that it was a leak that would likely need 5-6hrs more work. I declined that because that would cost me more than the unit was worth. He packed up, asked for my signature. I asked how much the diagnostic would cost. He said that it would be emailed to me, but the amount was around $750. This is an absurd amount of money for a diagnostic. My frustration is that there was no transparency for the work
