Alliance Pavers

Alliance Pavers is exceptional. We had a retaining wall built and a walkway several years ago. It’s still perfect as the day installed. We recently had them do a patio around the back of our house. Fantastic job. I thought I’d have a downspout on the pavers but they installed the downspout into the ground into a tube running out away from the house which was awesome! No more standing water around the house. They also put gravel by the ac drainage which we didn’t expect but we’re thrilled with. Saved us work too. The men who did the job did such an unbelievably great job. They cleaned up so good you’d never know they were there. They even cleaned the house and plants off from the cutting dust. We just had our patio installed by Alliance and it was not without bumps. My wife was a little unhappy with the pitch on one side, so I mentioned this to the sales guy and they were out at our house fixing it the NEXT DAY. Now she loves it. That is amazing customer service. I'm not only giving Alliance 5 stars for the patio, but I am even more giving the 5 stars to our sales guy Robert Kendrick. He was beyond helpful and truly cared about taking care of us and making sure we were happy. I have never worked with a more upfront or honest guy. Great company. On time, on budget, great work. Excellent communication and coordination. 2 days start to finish, entire job went exactly as planned, materials delivered on time, workers on time. Final result was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Alliance Pavers. Their quote was competitive and the installation was able to happen much earlier than I expected. A week before the installation I suddenly realized I wanted to add a section and they made it happen despite the tight turn around. I had a literal dirt pit in my backyard that they turned into a beautiful patio (see the before and after pictures). All of their employees were responsive, respectful, and incredible hard-working. A special shout out goes to Wade, the supervisor. The day of installation, I realized I needed to expand part of the patio. He made it happen with no complaint and it turned out beautifully.

Alliance Pavers did an AMAZING job on our brick paver installation!! Totally transformed our "look" and added a richness like no other!!! Jeff was SUPER & would come by to make sure our progress was moving ahead smoothly.
