Excellent service in all aspects. They let you know in advance (text) when they will be servicing your lawn, plants and trees. Provide instructions on watering after treatment. Notify you if your pets need to stay off / away from treated areas and for how long. Conscientious about closing gates. Leave detailed billing on what was done at that time. Haven’t noticed a turnover in employees. Quick to respond and willing to come to your home and answer questions. Price is competitive or less than others in our area.

Alliance does an outstanding job on our lawn. Ever since switching over to them a few years ago, our grass has been near perfect. The staff, including Chris who has serviced our yard the past few times, always makes sure to address any minor issues we may be having at the time. We have been using Alliance since we moved to Madison 5.5 yrs ago. Pat provides excellent customer service. His team lets you know when they are coming out and they text when they are on their way. They do what they say they're going to do when they say they are going to do it. Bad weather is the only thing that gets in their way. Pat is always available, responds promptly to emails, texts, questions, etc. If there is a concern with our yard he comes out personally to inspect and diagnose the problem and knows what to do to resolve the issue. He is honest, professional and a hard worker. We can highly recommend Alliance.

We moved to the Greensboro area in January of 2024 and Pat was the only vendor who came out to meet with me one on one and I appreciated that, not only did he do that, but he is super responsive and reply’s to all communication in a timely manner, in addition, my yard looks awesome year round and all my buddies are jealous. The technicians are respectful and knowledgeable, I recommend Pat and his team 100% and refer all my friends or anyone who asks to Alliance, great team to work with.
