Although I did not end up hiring Kevin from K&R Roofing LLC for this particular job, I want to highlight the outstanding service he provided. Kevin was extremely punctual, responsive, and professional throughout our interaction. He took the time to answer my questions, provided clear and honest information, and demonstrated a level of integrity and customer care that truly stood out. BJ Delgado was professional from the word go. He came and did an inspection when he said he was going to do it. He came out when the insurance adjuster did his inspection. When the insurance company only wanted to pay for 3 sides of the roof, he went to bat for me with the company, and ended up getting the whole roof covered. On the day of the replacement, the crew was here at daybreak, and save for about a half hour lunch break, worked non-stop and got the job done. A manager was on site to make sure everything was done right, which it was. I have nothing to say but good things about this company. Even gave us a free upgrade to architectural shingles. K&R Roofing helped us out after Hurricane Helene hit the Augusta area and damaged our home—and they were great to work with from start to finish. What started as storm repairs turned into a bigger renovation project, and they handled everything we threw at them and guided us through the process from start to finish. They took care of all our interior work, including two bathroom remodels, plus updating and repaired our living room and bedroom. Everything turned out great. Employees worked hard and did a great job. Finished fast and were quick to clean up and leave it looking better.. Roof looks great and the young man that was supervising the job kept me informed and was polite and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend K&R to friends and family or anyone that has a roofing problem.
