The process was smooth from the initial consultation and scheduling to the installation. Jesus was wonderful to work with—very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He answered all of my questions and made choosing a new garage door easy. The staff kept me updated on the progress and were flexible when it came to selecting an installation date. The door came out perfect. I’m extremely happy with the color and design, and it opens and closes smoothly with a tight seal. After a failed attempt to fix a two-person job on my own, I called AGD. I explained my situation & what I wanted done within my means, & they listened. Victor came out assessed the door & validated my safety concerns. He provided an on the spot quote to fix it & didn’t try to sell me something I wasn’t prepared for nor wanted, but actually took the time to explain the strategy to resolve my door issue & contacted a second technician. I rarely leave reviews because life gets hectic and I can’t seem to find the time BUT I made sure to leave a review for Alliant Garage Door. They went over & beyond what I expected and did a great job at my house. Victor and Jesus were awesome — they showed up on time, super friendly, and made the whole process easy. They were patient with me and all my questions and that was reassuring to know exactly what I was getting. They installed a new LiftMaster side mount opener, replaced my garage door springs, and put in new rollers. They also lubed everything up and now my garage door runs smooth and quiet. Really happy with the repair and would definitely recommend Alliant Garage Door.
