Im a building engineer. We had recurring problems with our A/C system and had to call their techs on the regular. It turns out they programmed the computer to kill our AC system on a regular basis to generate service calls.

The driver of truck 623 was riding slowly in the left lane so I passed him on the right lane on highway 30 and when I got back in the left lane he put his brights on. Yes on the highway in the morning when it's very dark I just switched lanes did not cut them off but I got his brights for some reason. I'm also calling the company.

Fool me twice. This group replaced my HVAC 5 years ago and since it was a specialty unit, took weeks to get it done. They did okay. Several months ago, I contacted them again to help me redirect an AC vent. After going back and forth with them for a few weeks, I stopped trying. Never heard back from them. I call them recently to look into an HVAC leaking-same one they installed. After the completely unhelpful scheduling person told me twice they'd look at the schedule and call me back. Never happened. As they're business saying goes" If we stop helping the customer, maybe they'll leave us alone. Consider it done.
