For over 20 years Allied Air Conditioning has been providing great service at not only our home, but our office building. The owners and staff are timely, thorough and most importantly HONEST! Zack, Lindsay, Ethan, Tommy and Devon - all AWESOME! Bill and now Richard have never let us down.

Ethan and Tommy showed up as scheduled and introduced themselves. Ethan reviewed what specifically he was hired to do to make sure we both had the same understanding. All the return and supply ductwork was to be replaced. The guys immediately got started working.When I checked in their progress Tommy answered all of my questions and provided some information that will be useful going forward. Upon completion of the job they cleaned up any garbage and removed the old ductwork. Ethan explained that they discovered that the old ductwork was not properly installed by the previous company. He assured me that they took the necessary steps to install the ductwork in the most efficient way. This should result in my system running more efficiently. I recently had Allied AC install a new HVAC unit. I had Allied here 2 other times to repair my unit but this last time it came down to putting a temporary bandaid on the problem (for $1,000+) or putting in a new unit. My tech, Don Smith, has been handling my service for years and when he left his last company, I felt strongly enough of the quality of his work and honesty that I called Allied for my new unit and ongoing maintenance. Don arranged everything and even went over and beyond to make sure that there were no issues and holdups for my installation. The installers, Ethan & Tom were terrific. Zach recently serviced my a/c system and recommended replacing the flexible ducts. Ethan and Tom did the work. Zach, Ethan, Tom very professional, conscientious, polite and gave me complete, detailed explanation of the work they were doing. The work was neatly done.
