Our Air Conditioner with the Heat Pump stopped working. I call Balanced Air and they had a Service person there within hours. Eddie the Service tech, found the issue and arranged to have it fixed ,same day!! We did not want to be without heat in that Cold Snap. I recommend this company, Balanced Air is comparable with pricing, and they make sure their customers are taken care of. And, they called after service to make sure everything was good and we are satisfied. Thank you Balanced Air!

I recently had my AC unit serviced by Balanced Air. This is a twice-yearly service that we've had for several years. It's so nice to be able to sleep better, knowing our unit is checked out and in good working order. The tech, Eddie, was very thorough and respectful!
