Thought we had chosen a good company, the sales man was respectful (other companies are dismissive with anyone other than "the man of the house") and was happy upon initial install, but over time I've noticed shortcuts and things done incorrectly. The biggest grievance being that they did not tie in or put the post close enough to the house causing it to bang every time the wind blows. Just asking for that entire side to fail. Most of the bottom of the fence is level, but can clearly tell when installer stopped caring as the boards that needed to be cut were done at random angles using a chainsaw. Payed for two upgraded gate handles which were never installed fully and don't match. - Found this out after we got tired of having to adjust the latch to close it properly. Pick another comp
