Great service and communication. Kept me updated on the work being done on my broken AC/Heat Pump unit. Completed the work in 1 day once the parts were available, workers were polite and respectful of my home and even swept the stairs when they were done. Highly recommend Jorge and his team.

JLA Express (Jorge), is an amazing company. Previously Jorge has repair my air conditioner in the past, therefore I was familiar with his expertise. The same day I called my home warranty, I requested for JLA Express who were not listed with my HW company. I received a call from Jorge and the rest was history. Jorge is the best, fastest and more efficient servicer around. He came the same day; assessed the issue within 5 minutes and fixed it the very next morning. We had to go without AC only one night in this GA heat thanks to him. I will recommend him over and over!

JLA Express, as the name says, provided express service. Our ac unit broke down on Thursday prior to labor day. Jorge was already checking our system promptly on Saturday. This Friday a new system was installed again very expeditiously, keeping me informed on daily progress and also from pre start to end of job, a job well done. His installation technician Elliott was very knowledgeable and worked diligently. Thank you Jorge for your support in keeping us comfortable.
