Words can’t express how pleased I am with the project John and his team completed for me. My back deck was completely rotted and was honestly a safety hazard. John came in and was most immediately concerned for the safety of me and my family. He gave me his honest opinion of the work that needed to be completed and made sure that everything was completed up to code. The inspector that came by commented on the quality of work completed and said I hired a true professional that is competent in what needed to be done. I was so impressed with his communication. John and his team walked us through every step of the process, made improvements we never thought of (included a safety rail on the steps for my Mom, raised the deck up flush to the house so my Mom could step right on to the deck from the house, scored the concrete pad so when it rains it won't be slick when my mom walks on it so she won't fall). I am delinquent in writing this email, so I apologize to John. There are no words to describe how awesome this gentleman and his team are. I hired John to replace my deck, but we had no idea what this was actually going to intel because the previous owners had built a deck with a tile floor. As John and his team took up the tile, we learned that there was about a 4-6 inch concrete base (exactly..it gets worse ) There were 100 black garbage bags of concrete to haul away. Then there was also a huge plywood sub floor to be removed. It was unbelievable and a nightmare. Throughout the whole process John and his team were positive and courteous and they absolutely worked their tails off. a normal 3 day job, took 2 weeks. 9/14/24 My deck after 3 years 8/15/24 John replaced 2 6X6 posts that started to delaminate at no charge. John goes above/beyond. He is very professional and cares for his customers. 8/21 K9 and John is the only one that responded to my request for replacing my 30 year old deck. All the other guys have yet to respond to my request. John looked at my old deck and advise the best solution for replacing. He said my deck was very well constructed. John was very respectful and professional. I would highly recommend K9 Roofing. John and his crew just completed the replacement of my 14ft X 36ft deck in 3 days They were very professional and knowable while performing the replacement. I could not be more satisfied with their work and the speed. They cleaned up everything and when finished except
