Been working with Allied for 6 weeks to get fixes on two refrigerated units. They’ve given us 3 different “solutions” and promised quotes on fixes and spare a temporary fix that lasted 3 days, we haven’t seen any progress. The reasons we’ve gotten for delays are honeymoons, new system, training for 2 months on the new system, vendor delays, high turnover, and lost our email to send a quote. They have scheduled visits for same day and not show up 3x. I called today to get an update and they said they need my email again and they’d send the quote for a new part, called an hour and a half later to check on the status of the quote and they said they’d send it right over, been another hour and a half.
