February 18 I was meeting friends for lunch on flower Street. I parked in the Al structure at 325 South flower because I’m an 82-year-old. I was not familiar with the functioning of the QR code. I entered the structure without taking a ticket I inquired of the security gentleman named Cedric. He not only directed me to the restaurant. He also called them to make sure I had the right place on returning to get my car. I did not know how I would have gotten out of the lot the lot without having taken the ticket. Cedric could not have been more helpful. I know for sure I couldn’t have gotten out of the lot. I offered him money for being so nice. He rejected it and said it was just part of his job.
