Derron, who runs Allied Plumbing is down to earth and has very good communication skills. Your project will not get lost in the shuffle as happens with some other larger plumbing/hvac services in Albuquerque. The work was started promptly and done in one day. Billing was convenient. I could go on about how disappointing the service was from other companies, but this post is about Allied. I highly recommend Derron and Allied plumbing. Every contact with Allied was positive. Every employee I met was present, and instilled confidence the job could be tackled promptly. Darren was very responsive to come to our house to see what needed to be done to repair a big water leak. Thereafter, Logan and John came to our house to repair the leak. They were great, repaired the leak in a timely manner, and the price was fair. In another instance, our daughter's house heater had problems, we called Allied and James came out to fix the problem. He like the others was friendly, professional and quickly remedied the situation. Again, the price was fair. We will most assuredly call Allied back for any plumbing or HVAC work that we may need in the future. I highly recommend this company for plumbing and HVAC work.
