Always a pleasant experience working with Allocco flooring. We do local remodels where we remove walls and cabinets and Allocco's team has the right people doing the relace, installation and refinish work. We appreciate them greatly!

I have been meaning to write this review for ages. Allocco flooring did an A-MAZING job for us. We purchased a beautiful home three years ago. At the time, we knew that the floors were in pretty bad shape and needed repairs and resurfacing, but they weren’t a significant selling factor to the house. It was just a move-in chore that had to be done. The Allocco team stripped the old, dark stain and the innumerable scratches off the floor and then let us sample several stain options. We ended up with a very light color, which was very different from the old color and different than what we would have thought going into the project. Only Spanish speakers at my home to install flooring. The project “manager” was only there at the beginning of the day and left without leaving his number. Office closes at 3 or 4 and I had no one to contact at end of day. Project manager did not even come back at the end of day to check on project. The crew wanted everything done by end of day so they rushed to install all the shoe mold in 5 minutes. Did not use the saw for cutting the edges and the corners came out terribly. Had to point out that the shoe mold was floating when he was nailing it in. The install wasn’t bad except for the fact that they left huge nail holes in the wood and didn’t bother to fill most in.
