We recently purchased an ADA complient sink from Allora USA, the shipping was prompt and it came well packaged. Unfortunately we discovered there was a small hairline crack in the porcelin. Jason Greenwalt in customer was fantastic to deal with and had a free replacement headed our way the same day. Based on their excellant customer service I would highly recommend Allora USA.

Products fail pretty frequently as far as the faucet I own is concerned (three issues so far and counting). They do replace them, but it seems like your paying for it anyway. Charged $15 shipping for a part that was probably about the same price, so in the end you pay for it anyway. CRAPPY WARRANTY service

I recently bought a replacement faucet spray head for my kitchen sink and am extremely happy with the product as well as the service I received from Allora.USA. I didn't realize I called the store after hours, so was delighted when Jesse picked up, listened to the description of the problem, and advised me that it sounded like I needed only to replace the faucet spray head rather than the whole faucet. He was right! The replacement works great and eliminated the problem and he saved me money not only for unneeded parts but for the labor I would have needed to replace the whole faucet. I got one of their kitchen faucets almost 15 years ago during a remodel. Finally after all these years - the cartridge started to fail. Given that I'm local I figured I'd go purchase the replacement part directly from them. And let me say that their customer service did not disappoint. They stand behind their product so much that I actually argued (and lost) with them to let me pay for the part!! That's incredible! If you have any doubts - drop them. Genuinely good people just trying to take care of others. I'll definitely use Allora on any future projects that need it!
