There was a major leak behind my grandmother’s washer that went unnoticed for a while and caused major damage to her laundry room and adjacent office room. I chose to let Tracy and his crew to fix it based on reviews, and can honestly say it was the best decision. They were very thorough in addressing issues and choosing the right materials for repair, and great about communicating what would be done and when. They gave us peace of mind during this stressful situation. When their work was done, everything looked even better than when the home was brand new. I would definitely recommend these professionals to anyone needing structural repair.

Courteous, competent, and thorough roofing crew. Roofing quote was reasonable and affordable. Crew even cleaned the dirt off the outside of the gutters that had to be removed in order for the roofing to be done. Cleanup afterwards was great. This was the third project that All Pro has done for us. We are well pleased.

I had a new roof installed, due to a hole in my roof and hail damage. There was 1 spot leaking. After the roof was installed in July, I have had two leaks so far. I am not at my home every day due to travel. The first leak I had water POURING in at my side door which was under a porch, so much so that I had to have two buckets to catch the water pouring in my home. They tried to get out of fixing the roof and repairing the inside entry way which was totally ruined! They got that done and so far has been good. Then I had another leak at the front chimney because they did not replace the flashing even though Ken’s discount delivered a whole roll which they carted away apparently without using. Two nice gentlemen came over and found the leak but no one responded to me until after they knew I

Thank you to owner Tracey for being HONEST about the whole project. The project started with removal of old deck, add fence recycle wood from deck and patch whole side of house. Lord mercy. Tracey had to stop the project due to budget increase. This project went down a whole different way. Huge hole on side of house due to deck being built into side of house. Resulted in rotted wood to frame of house. Thank you for always keeping me informed of the good, bad and the ugly budget increase. Tracey and his crews are just great!
