Southern Builders Perma-Roof Installing in 16 States

Very Professional!! My mobile home is a double wide. Everything was explained in great detail. The crew was on time and completed in less than two days. The guttering, later on installed by another unrelated contract crew went in per the diagram provided by Perma Roof. Everything looks great and functioning very well!!

Love my new Perma roof! It is definitely cooler inside the house when the temps rise outside! I thought rain would be louder because of the metal, but the insulation actually makes it quieter! It has to be raining pretty well for me to hear it. And my storm sensitive dog isn't reactive to light/moderate rain now. I'm glad to have a roof overhang now so my walls are better protected from water damage. The crew was great! Very fast, scheduled/arrived the same week I inquired and done in a little over 4 hours start to finish! They bend the long panels over the ridge, so no center vent to leak or catch wind/debris. Highly recommend!

Perfect experience from beginning to end. The entire team was outstanding and we're so happy we chose Southern Builders to install a Perma Roof. Everyone we talked to prior to Southern builders either didn't know how or would not go along with installing an insulated metal roof on our home. Paul was helpful, knowledgeable, kind and patient. The install took less than half a day and we are genuinely pleased with the end results. We are so happy we chose Southern Builders and would choose them again if the need ever arose!

Do not do business with this company. They do not install the roof properly and when it blows off, and it will, the insurance company will not cover it because of the improper installation. When I called them and told them what the insurance company told me, they said the insurance companies always say that. They say it because it's true. Then they had the nerve to offer to put another roof on for $200.00 off! Why? So it can blow off again? Now we're having to pay for a whole new roof but this time by a reputable company that will be properly installing it

We love our roof. They are so polite and they came when they said they would be there. There was 2 men that came to do it and they really know what they are doing and they are a great team. It only took them 61/2 hours from start to finish. That is amazing for only 2 men. They have the best prices around. If you want your roof done right the first time you need not to look any further you just found your company. We have told everyone we know how great of a job they do. And they have a life time warranty that right there should tell you just how good they are.
