Allred's Seamless Guttering

Small group of people handling this. If you call, leave a message. They are pretty busy and usually not able to answer the phone. They will call back pretty quick. As far as the work, I do reccomend. I had my entire house done and it was done well and priced good. They also offer quarterly gutter cleanings. I would recommend to any for these services.

We had gutters installed over two years ago and I have not been able to get anyone to call me back about the gutters they installed. When we have a heavy rain the gutters are not draining correctly so it fills with water. We have to GO OUT IN THE RAIN AND help the water get out of the gutters so they don't rip off the house. DO NOT be fooled by trying to go with a local "family" owned business they will take your money and install the gutters incorrectly and NEVER come out to FIX the problem! Update.. after posting this review finally got a call from owners wife. She cussed me out and said lies about me not paying which I did but they sent bill to wrong address. I was the one who called in after two months and asked about bill. The most offensive person who deals with customer service EVE

I AM AN ACTUAL REPEAT CUSTOMER IN PINEHURST, NC I don't write many reviews but wanted to set the record straight. These folks are courteous, do what they promise, and at a fair price. I have many friends that use them and I would recommend them to anyone that needs their service. The price is worth not having to get up on my roof. They even blew my driveway clean when they were finished...ADDED VALUE! Leave roof and gutter cleaning to the professionals. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT.

When calling around, comparing prices and quality, I asked about the warranty. The owner gave me some BS about lifetime warranty and "we will take care of anything we did or didn't do regardless of how much time has passed (minus normal wear and tear of course). I hired them and they came out and did a good job. The product they used is good and looks great. Total cost was approximately $1,300. The problem I ran into is there is a 6' section on the left side of my house they did not install gutters on, so the water runs off the roof and sits next to the foundation. I called them back and the owner said he'd take care of it, no problem. Three weeks go by and nothing. I call back and the owner says "since it's a small piece, the guys are going to make it the last stop of the day". Of course,

I called to get a quote for gutter cleaning, had to leave a message, I was called back the next day I was told someone would come to my home on Friday, which was a few days later, and then a proposal would be mailed to me. After several days of not receiving the proposal, I called back and got the answering machine again and left a message that I was supposed to have received a written proposal mailed to me and I never received it, left my name and number, no return call, a few days later I called back and again got their answering machine, I just hung up. I also recall calling them for service around 3 years ago and I had to leave a message then as well and I didn't receive a call back then either.
