AllSite Contracting

What a HORRIBLE company. We did not even hire this company. They trespassed and drove onto our property, ran into our trees, killing and knocking large trees over and then the driver fled. Once contacted, the owner claimed they would come clean up the mess they had created and now have given us the silent treatment and ignored us and the mess remains for US to clean up. I highly suggest you STAY AWAY from this company altogether if this is how they handle their business. What a horrible way to treat people. Imagine having a company you have NOT hired trespass onto your property, kill and knock trees over and flee, never to return to rectify the problem. INEXCUSABLE and HORRIFIC!!!!!!

I have used AllSite on a number of my projects and I consider them to be my most experienced and reliable subcontractor. Over 25 years I have built 2 to 3 high-end custom homes per year some of which required extensive and complicated site work. AllSite always performed above and beyond expectations. I have found nothing but honest experienced interactions from their office staff, project mangers to their field employees. My experiences with AllSite Contracting have always resulted in professional expertise.

AllSite Contracting did a project for me a couple years ago and they have been working with me on initiating a second large and technically challenging project. The first project was completed on time, for the $ we agreed with and the work was of good quality. In my opinion the AllSite's major strength is not just in the construction part of the project - which they surely master, but specifically in their leadership's capability to bringing highly qualified engineering resources on the project and basically overseeing the entire technical solution determination and constructability evaluation effort, very much like a design-builder leading role. There are very few and far apart contractors that have what it takes to take that role and do it well, therefore I think AllSite is a great team

This company has one of the worst (if not the worst) follow-up or follow-through of any company we deal with. Broken promises, endless phone calls and emails not returned. Problems persist for years without solutions. They say they will fix the problem and never show up...again and again. Whether you need new construction or maintenance on your property, do yourself a serious favor and avoid this company like the plague. They do not deserve the single star placed here. This software review system forced me to add a star in order to post.

Phone calls not returned. Work not completed. Promises not kept.
