Jackie at AllSouth made the whole process extremely easy. My washing machine went out unexpectedly, and she was able to help me find a replacement and get it within just a few days. This company is great. Jason was the associate at the store and worked with us. He was patient and worked hard researching to make sure we had the appliances that would make us happy. The ordering and paying process was easy. The delivery men David and his partner were professional, on time and nice. David came back and picked up the old appliances and again very professional. The two installation guys were awesome. They went right to work and got all of our appliances installed in no time. Very professional. I am so excited to have my new kitchen appliances.

A VERY poor customer service experience with Michelle Tew and Steve Williams. Steve sold us an island range hood that shouldn’t be used for this; it’s meant to be a wall unit. BIG seams on two sides! Island range hood install was botched too - seams were uneven and the extender color did not match the stainless steel of the rest of the appliance. AllSouth are taking NO responsibility for this, pointing to their subcontractor-installer as the party to blame. They left fingerprints all over a freshly painted ceiling. Installation of range, and dishwasher were both incomplete. Thete was NO communication to our builder or to us, about any of these issues. Once AllSouth had their money, they no longer cared. This is a replacement range for our 22 year old stove. When my husband called AllSouth, Michelle provided great info about the range and was very knowledgeable. Rocky and his assistant were very professional and installed it quickly and efficiently. Now I just need to read the manual to learn the new technology! 😂

David Butkiwski delivered our new range. He was such a nice man. Love doing business with AllSouth Appliance. Can’t wait for my dishwasher to get here. I will recommend your company to anyone I know looking for appliances.
