TERRIBLE attitude when they came out to do an estimate for a repair that the owners brother caused while out on a tree trimming job (Stumped tree removal- that's another long frustrating story- but long story short, don't use them either!!!) He said the fix was no big deal and that I was over exaggerating the damage (I recognized it was minor, but wanted it fixed because of the incompetence of his brother's team) and basically flat out told me he didn't want to do the job. Remember this was NOT a voluntary job for me, it was a fix caused by a negligent contractor the day prior. The attitude was condescending, completely unprofessional, and I promptly told them I didn't want them doing ANY work on my house and showed them the way out. DO NOT USE ALLSTAR GENERAL CONTRACTORS OR STUMPED TREE
