Allstar Septic Pumping

Called and they came out the next day. Was a tank at my in laws. FIL built it in 1986 never been pumped. Took them a little more time but they stood by their price. Awesome service!!!

About a year ago, I was house sitting for my uncle, when his septic system starting backing up...yay, me! It was on a weekend and I needed someone... stat. I called Jim @ All Star Septic and he rushed over and made quick work of a messy situation. Fast-forward to yesterday, I needed Jim again, this time it was my home that needed rescued. I left a message around 8 or 9 P.M. thinking he would call in the morning, nope, he called back that night and setup an appointment for the following day. I mean...this guy, is on it! Needless to say, Jim did another great job...and it was a job! It had been several years since I had my septic pumped and it was pretty bad. Jim put in extra time and made sure things were done right. He is very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and fair.

Allstar Septic Pumping called me back first thing in the morning after I had septic back up into my basement. It became apparent as we talked that Allstar’s services were not required, but nonetheless the guy continued to give me helpful information throughout the day and advice on what steps I should take as a homeowner to fix the issue, despite the fact that Allstar wouldn’t be getting any business from me today. The friendliness, patience, and care for my family’s well being I’ve experienced has left me stunned; especially in a world that’s increasingly motivated by bottom lines and profit margins instead of people. Jim truly is an allstar! We developed septic tank issues on Christmas eve and determined the tank needed to be pumped. We called Allstar and Jim graciously agreed to be here first thing Christmas morning. He showed up by 8 am and completed the job in short order. Jim was very cordial, professional, knowledgeable and understanding. I can't recommend him enough!! #JimsavedChristmas

If i could give these guys 10 stars I would !!! Very professional very honest got the job done quick if you need any septic work done call this place first I highly recommend!!!
