I highly recommend Elliot Heating & Cooling. They did the work on my wife's she-shed HVAC and did an excellent job. They did my job by the hour and did fantastic work. They showed up on-time and did the work in the time-frame they said they would. They were thorough and neat. They didn't care that I already bought equipment and installed most of it. They do sell Mitsubishi mini-splits which I think are the best in the industry but didn't care that I had bought a Cooper Hunter unit. I have a Mitsubishi unit on my barn and it continues to work great. They will do jobs by the hour or will provide complete job costs too. During this most recent heat wave our AC went out. I decided to call Elliot Heating and Cooling after our regular service provider couldn't get out to our house in less than a week. Even though Elliot's was also very busy, they had a tech out within 48 hours who fixed this issue quickly and got us up and running again. Even better, our service window was between 8:30 - 10:30 am, and he arrived at 8:33. No endless waiting, no delays - just showing up when they said they would. Great local business that gets the job done for a reasonable price.

Very happy with them. They were the 2nd company we called we were having major problems with the first but they came and fixed the problem on the 1st trip. Very nice people also.

I have an older house with a 25yr old hvac system, last year around this time I wanted to get a quote for a replacement from Elliott, but wasn't ready to make the switch, fast forward to last Friday. I discovered that the ac had quit working. I had another company out on Saturday, didn't really care for the immediate repair quote, so I suffered thru over the weekend to get an updated quote from Elliott. Was able to get that first thing Monday. Installed Tuesday, the guys that did the install were fantastic, explained it all, and now I am enjoying the new system. Highly recommend.

Where do I start? I am so impressed with the service I received from Elliott’s. Caitlin had a crew here in about 20 minutes. Billy and Brennan were very thorough and informative. The part needed for my ac repair was not available for 3 days. So they showed up with a portable ac unit. Also were kind enough to install a floor unit I already had in my sunroom. As if that wasn’t enough… 2 guys then arrived with a couple items needed to complete the install of my floor unit. I wish I could remember their names. Seth, you run an awesome business.
