I contacted Allstate Air & Heat about installing a new 5 ton split system into a home I just purchased. They offered the most competitive price out of all the quotes I received, and the communication was wonderful. I receive text messages two days prior to the install, and a text message the morning of the install saying who my service person was and that they were on the way. I received a follow up call to make sure everything went well. Overall it was a wonderful experience. The final installation is so clean and picture perfect that I not put back on the system cover and leave it exposed. The final product actually looks better than the door that was covering it.

Amazing customer service! Very knowledgeable and fair. Rod turned an emergency into a wonderful experience! My AC went out during one of the hottest weeks. I tried to fix it, but it was beyond my little knowledge. My kids and pets were suffering! I called Rod and he came out, on his day off! He explained the whole thing to me and presented me with options. He looked for ways to solve the problem at a reasonable price and gave me an estimate. Fast forward to installation day (3 days later thanks to Memorial day) His employee was timely and courteous. They worked well together and did everything they promised and more! They kept a clean work area and cleaned up after themselves. Best of all, Rod personally checked in later to make sure everything was running smoothly. Never going with anyon

I have been using Allstate Air and Heath for many years. When our old ac unit needed to be replaced we contacted Darrin the owner of Allstate Air and Heat for advice. He gave me guidance on the unit that was the best fit for our home. I did my research and everything he recommended was right on target. The workmanship was excellent. They took the time to do it right and the installation was flawless. Wow! I just had a new system installed at my house. Allstate gave me great price on the system. The install was excellent and completed on time! The owner (Rod) was completely upfront and honest. He kept me informed with what was happening along the way. I am more than satisfied, and will highly recommend Rod and Allstate Air and Heat!

I needed to have my A/C system replaced it was just at the end of it's life and the quotes I received were very high. I called Rod and told him about my situation and that the quotes that I had received seemed high. He came out the same day and looked over my system and gave me a very fair quote, better than what I had received from others. He was able to install the system less than 1 week later. The installation was very professional and clean. Curt was very pleasant and professional as well.I would highly recommend Allstate Air and Heat!
