My last service call was a while ago, but when I told him I needed immediate assistance, he promptly arrived and replaced over 30 fluorescent lights with LEDs. Mario came out for a service call to look at our generator line. We recently purchased our home and noticed the generator hookup wasn't working like it should. Mario was fantastic and explained everything to us in a way that didn't make us feel dumb for not being electricians, and he was able to find several loose connections that were causing the lack of power. I really appreciated the transparency throughout the service call and the willingness to educate my spouse and I.
