Elaine was incredibly helpful throughout the entire scheduling and planning process. She answered all of our questions clearly, kept us updated, and was genuinely pleasant to work with. Doug was equally great. He provided a thorough, detailed estimate and even helped us address an urgent leak quickly, which we truly appreciated. His professionalism and responsiveness made a stressful situation much easier. Kovach also didn't try and sell me anything, and simply and fairly evaluated my issue, inspected the roof to see what the nature of the problem was, and provided me with a very fair proposal for fixing it. The work was done very quickly, and I very happily paid the bill as the work was superb. I will definitely go to Kovach when we're ready to replace the roof in a few years.
