I've been through three other irrigation companies since 2018 and these are the only folks I can figure out how to deal with. While not perfect, they're as close as you're going to get in this area to providing customer service. Don't be disrespectful and you won't be disrespected. If you have a concern simply call the office and speak with the lady and she will get back with you. You shouldn't try to address financial matters or repairs with any contractors regular workers. They have supervisors, they are the ones that come out first, call them. Don't complaining to the average joe doing his/her job.

We inherited Allstates 'work' when we bought our house. They were bold enough to leave their service sticker in the control box. The work outside the house wouldn't qualify as a passible DIY job. The control box was never buried. The wiring is... I'm surprised it hasn't shorted out yet. If you're considering doing it yourself... Hey! I've got proof that paying isn't always the best option. If you want to hire professionals to install your sprinklers, then look elsewhere.

The job was to replace existing old valves with new ones. The main box wasn’t moved , no new wiring was brought in, no new pipes were brought in. Just cut and replace old valve system. The work took the worker and one junior helper 1 hour 20 minutes. The worker came back two days later to replace two sprinkler heads and check to see if all was working well. The bill I got was for $1500 + $500 =$2000 The total bill according to several people I spoke to should have been $600-800 I messaged the owner Sal and left a voice message. No response from Sal. I feel so cheated. Beware.

The owner came out and explained to me all the different options I had. Very clear on what costs of different things would be. His employees that did the install worked the whole time very minimal breaks. The tech assigned was very clear on how to work all the different features. They came referred by multiple close friends who have only said good things about his work. Would recommend him to anyone

We inherited all state when we bought house. There irrigation personnel broke our valve and asked $75+ to repair it. And then again broke it after few months. When we complained, there was no response. They did not take responsibility, nor did they repair.
