I worked with Allston Contractors to update my lights throughout my home. I met with Julianno and his electrician. There was miscommunication with pricing as well as expectation around the work. For example, the electrician tried to charge me double for the chandelier installation while that was not included in the contract (Cruz Electricians) as well is requiring me to patch up work around the newly updated lights. I was really surprised when I got the invoice and spoke to Julianno’s team. Julianno called me right away and agreed that requiring patch work was not in the original scope of work and sent over his own painter at his expense. His painter was at my home for two days repainting the entire ceiling basement without any compensation. Julianno also honored the original price agreem
