We had a wonderful experience with OC Restoration. The owner Jeff was able get the project manager Isaiah to us within an hour. Isaiah was professional and empathetic, helping us to solve problems to find a workable solution. They took the necessary precautions and set up a containment system to protect our floors. They also came to check on things every few days. They have trusted vendors that they can recommend if you are looking for a company to rebuild your home. They also checked up on me to ensure I was satisfied with the work. These guys are the best for anyone who needs water remediation.

Brad and his team are excellent. The only company out of four that I called to repair my roof actually returned my calls and didn't waste my time. No delays and no inconveniences. He is always on time. I'm even notified if traffic is coming. Brad is very direct, respectful and honest. Brad would answer any question with so much expertise that at times I didn't understand the words.
