Chris has been the technician to take care of my home, at every treatment except one. He is exceptional, listens well, and addresses specific concerns. He also has a wealth of knowledge of the behaviors, habitats, etc of the "pests" that are causing problems at your home. He will really share that knowledge with the client if they want to learn thise kind of things. And, honestly, it's worth learning that, as it helps the home owner to help control any pest problems that they have. When I moved into my current rental there was a problem with cockroaches, "rolly pollies", millipedes, spiders and ants.
