I contacted Nolan with a last minute request to help me out with getting my yard ready for a showing. I’m so stressed and busy with trying to sell my home while still working 60hrs a week. He answered his phone on my first try , and then continued to text with me because I was at work trying to coordinate things. He showed up to my house as we planned and understood what I was trying to accomplish. I trusted him enough to where I could leave my property and head to Hilo for the day. When I returned I was so relieved. He and his crew did everything I hoped! That following Monday, I got an offer on my home. Thank you so much Nolan and the crew that helped! We have Nolan come to our property on a regular basis for maintenance and whatever else needs doing and have been very happy. We are currently off island and it is good to know he is keeping the place looking good. He’s also very good with communicating any issues or just responding back to me!
