Well . . . We and got a dryer - Oscar delivered it and after it was installed he was runing short on time and needed to go and deal with some family responsibilities. He said he would be back in a few days. Well its been at least a month and multiple promises to get by and pick it up its still sitting on my back porch. So fair warning make sure he finishes the job before letting him leave. Now. . . Its 4 months later and it is STILL sitting on the back porch. I’m sorry but this is not alright. Oscar has promised repeatedly that he would be by at least 20 times. So far not doing any good - so buyer beware, lying to this customer will cost you more than “repeat” business. It will cost them, hopefully a dozen or more customers.

I purchased a set of washer dryer from hin and its Selector know is not working properly. This guy now is not not picking my calls. Gave 3 months warranty but trying to waste the time. I think I'll have to take the legal steps.

Oscar knows how to run a good old school store. He is kind, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I bought a used washer and dryer. It was delivered and installed. I actually made sure I did some laundry before doing this review and it works great! Oscar also mentioned the competition down the street, so I had to check them out. It was a easy decision... not just about price. Oscar did not pressure me but gave facts that let me make the decision that was best for me. I will be telling all my friends and their friends about this priceless gem we have here in Antioch.

I just wanted to say thank you Oscar for everything. Our refrigerator just stopped working the in morning and we were in a panick to get a replacement ASAP. I was able to get same day delivery (most important detail). Oscar was flexible and knowledgeable also reasonably priced than the competition.
